Accessibility Options
There are nine million disabled people in the UK, including at least two million people with serious sight problems. About five million people (10% of the population) have some form of dyslexia. No web site can afford to ignore this audience - legally, ethically or financially.
This site aims to conform to the WAI and ADA disability guidlines. Visitors may access the web site in a number of ways, each supported by the design and markup used. Some of these are still in the process of being implemented.
- Shortcut keys
- Text alternative
- Form labels

- Contextual links
- Plain English
- Dyslexia support
- Tabbed navigation
We are also working on a simple text-only site as a further alternative option. We welcome suggestions for further improvements, and of course are happy to help other web sites with accessibility issues. Our Accessibility Audit and Site Snapshots services are a good starting point.
